Music, the magic of the 4D.
The decoration of time.
The tapestry of the spirit world, intertwining the soul with reality.
It can change your mood in an instant; whether you are in a depressive slump or if you’re weight lifting in the gym, the effects of music are profound a million times over.
It can hone your focus, amplify your emotions, or help alleviate the deep pains of the heart. The uses of music stretch out far and wide.
It has brought together tribes of old and gatherings of new. Concerts are, in a sense, a modern form of such tribal gatherings. Have you seen the outfits that people wear at raves?
Hence why the creation of music is one of the purest expressions of the soul, no matter how strange such creations may come off. Whether by traditional, acoustic means or through synthesis of a computerized instrument, the human element is the strongest component that will always connect us.
The very frequencies utilized in music have been proven to influence the mind, from the lows of the 808 to the highs of the synths. Angelic voices from vocalists can put you through a trance, can take you for a ride and guide you through the darkest of times.
Solfeggio frequencies and music utilizing binaural elements can aid with calming the nervous system and cleansing of the chakras.
Synthwave and cyberpunk can make one feel like you’re in the matrix on a high speed chase. Dubstep and riddim can make you want to fight a dinosaur inside the cockpit of a giant robot. Trance/Psytrance can take you to another dimension and send your mind on a journey of its own making. House can make you move, dance and vibe to the environment around you with a smile on your face. Reggae can put you at ease, relax you and calm the mind of all your troubles. Rock can pump you up and make you ready to take on any challenges, or challengers, that come your way.
We can go on and on about the pleasures of music, but everyone can agree on the fact that music is more than just connection between souls, but the very escape that keeps us going in the many waking days upon this earth.
